Keith and Tamiko Collins are the owners of Collins Consulting LLC, Collins Housing Solutions LLC, Collins Development and Real Estate LLC, and Collins Supportive Solutions 501(c)(3). With more than 40 years of combined experience in affordable housing and veteran programs, they utilize their extensive expertise in community development, property management, supportive services, and consulting to effectively address significant housing challenges. Their mission is to develop compassionate housing solutions that guarantee stable housing and essential resources for vulnerable populations, including veterans and marginalized groups, through innovative partnerships and strategic service delivery.

Vice President of Operations

Kati leads the company’s operational strategy, financial oversight, and internal systems to support sustainable growth and impact. With a career rooted in the legal field, Kati developed her leadership skills managing law offices before expanding into the marketing industry, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. That role deepened her expertise in cross-functional operations, team leadership, and organizational efficiency.
